The former Russian walker Olga Kaniskina is the new director of the Olympic Training Center Viktor Chegin in Saransk (Autonomous Republic of Mordovia, Russia). With the functions started on December 26, Olga Kaniskina replaces in this office Viktor Kolesnikov, one of the founders of the center and its director for 19 years.

Olga Kaniskina faces a major challenge as the thorny mission to recover the credibility of the Olympic Training Center in Saransk.

Hopefully Olga Kaniskina, that in 2013 embraced the career of coach, produce the same quality and the same determination shown by athlete also as leader of the Olympic Center Saransk.
