It starts the indoor activities in Ukraine, France and continues in Russia

Last Tuesday in Zaporozhye during local Club’s indoor championships two track walk races men and women have seen the following results.

5.000m indoor men

Victory to Ivan Banzeruk with a time of 19:38.41 (which is currently the second fastest time of the season after the one obtained by Sergio Vieira (POR) in Pombal (POR) Sunday, January 25, 2015 (19:29.17).

Second place to Oleksandr Venhlovskiy (19:40.98), while in third place ranks Oleksandr Romanenko (20:07.65)

Eleven athletes at the start and all have completed the race.

3.000m indoor women

Victory to Valentina Myronchuk with time 13:21.56, in front of Yelena Shevchuk (13:25.79) and Nataliya Kontsevich (13:27.42)

Nine athletes at the start, and all have completed the race

Meanwhile news reaches the first two results obtained by Russians female walker in 2015 at Novocheboksarask (Cheboksary) on January 15 and immediately two Russian athletes spring topped the annual list:

1.- Alena Khramova with the time of 12: 21:19

2.- Kristina Mikhaylova with the time of 13:02:15

Immediately behind them lies the French Emile Menuet with the time of 13:02:36 obtained in Eaubonne (FRA) on January 18, 2015
