20 km men

The victory went to Marc Guerrero Plaza (1995) in 1:32.30, in front of David Pueyo Ministral (1973) in 1:38:41.

The bronze went to Antonio Gonzalez Arrabal (1962) in 1:44:39

20 km women

A different level was the female event, which saw the victory of Raquel Gonzalez Campos (1989).

The twenty six year old athlete of Barcelona finished the race in 1:30:39 in front of Beatriz Pascual Rodriguez (1962) second in 1:31:51.

In third place Mar Juarez Gallando (1993) in 1:37:44.

With this result, the young Spanish athlete become the world leader having improved previous WL time (1:31:14) of Ana Cabecinha obtained in Rio Maior on Jan 31, 2015.
