01/03/2015   Again victories of Tom Bosworth and Tatyana Gabellone






Interesting meeting Molly Barnett yesterday March 1 in Coventry (GBR).

 

With a series of youth competitions reserved for U17, U15, U13 and even to U11 to act as a corollary to the biggest races on the distance of 5 km (men and women) and, more particularly that reserved for juniors and seniors (men and women) on distance of 10 km valid for the Winter Challenge and of which is shown in detail the results.

10 km senior men

 

The victory went to Tom Bosworth who won the race with the interesting time of 39:36; this performance is the new British record on this distance.

in second place Steve Allen in 53:52, while in third place ranks Peter Bozsko in 59:57.

 

Eight athletes at the start of which seven have resulted finish the race and 1 DQ

 

 

10 km junior men

 

The victory went to Callum Wilkinson who won the race with a time of 44:15.

In second place arrived Luke Legon in 50:42, while in third place ranks Tim Snook in 1:00:50

 

Six athletes at the start of which four have completed the race and 2 DQ

 

The victory of the Winter Challenge men went to the team of Birchfield

 

 

10 km senior women

 

Never ceases to amaze the Italian Tatyana Gabellone who yesterday won the race with a time of 46:24.

in second place Heather Lewis in 47:26, while in third place ranks Bethan Davies at 48:47

 

The thirty-one doctor in geology (PhD in Earth Sciences) achieved at the University of Naples "Federico II" recently returned to the races in Britain yesterday  has done better than the the time (47:56) she had obtained in Italy in Chieti on June 24, 2007.
