As it was in the forecast the day before the race the 20 km women would have to be a deal between Russia and China.
So it was: for the first 5 positions were all monopolized by these two leading countries of the world walk in women.

Immediately at the start goes ahead Anisya Kirdyapkina: do not leave more!
She'll be along with teammate Marina Pandakova up to 10 km, which will pass together in 44:09 (a pace of training for the two Russian) and after forcing a bit the pace will lay the foundation for a new victory in her already full honors.
The victory comes in a discreet 1:28:18 which is also a new record of Universiade.

4 km: in 8:51 and cumulated of 17:47
6 km: in 8:41 and cumulated of 26:29
8 km: in 8:50 and cumulated of 35:19
10 km: in 8:49 and cumulated of 44:09
12 km: in 8:37 and cumulated of 52:56
14 km: in 8:39 and cumulated of 1:06:21
16 km: in 8:48 and cumulated of 1:10:14
18 km: in 9:01 and cumulated of 1:19:15
20 km: in 9:03
In second place it was then Marina Pandakova after 1:34 with a time of 1:29:52.
They have had to wait another 2:50 for the arrival of the third athlete, the Chinese Hou Yongbo who completed the race in 1:32:42 (split at 10 km in 46:51 in third position).
Follow, even more distant, the third athlete of Russe, Sofia Brodatskaia in 1:35:00 and the second Chinese Jiayu Yang in 1:36:50.
The Italian Federica Curiazzi takes the eleventh place with a time of 1:38: 37 risking something (~>), well away from the best season (and personal best) obtained in Cassino on March 29, 2015 in 1:35.32.
Of the 23 athletes at the start, 21 have completed the race and 2 DQ.
