Last Saturday took place in Voronovo the two races on the distance of 10 km of the traditional International Meeting Russian.

 
10 km Women
 
The victory went to the young Russian Nadezhda Sergeeva of just 20 years.
The Russian athlete placed fifth in the 20 km of European Championship U23 in 1:32:13 and won the race with the time of 43:33 near her personal best over the distance.
Second and third place were ranked two athletes of Poland. Monika Kapera in 44:53, prevailed on the last lap of the course on her team-mate  Agnieszka Szwarnog (44:58).
 
The Sergeeva had started the race passing in 8:57 to 2 km (with a split of 4:21 per km) outpacing both Kapera and  Szwarnog.
After half race covered in 22:25 in the Russian increased the pace and, with a second part of the race in 21.08, finished in 43:33.
 
Thirteen athletes at the start of which 12 came and 1 DQ, Ainhoa ​​Pinedo Gonzalez (ESP).
 
 
10 km men
 
The men race, that in 2014 saw the victory of Ruslan Dmytrenko, this year crowned as winner the Russian Petr Trofimov, third in 2014, and holder of a personal best of 38.01 achieved  this year, that has completed the race in 38:55.
In second place, after 10" arrived the Ukrainian Nazar Kovalenko (39,05).
 
The two athletes were respectively passed 5km in 19:20 and 19:23.
Under 40:00 also the third ranked Kirill Frolov (RUS - 39.25), a position maintained throughout all the race.
 
Fifteen athletes at the start of which 13 arrived and 2 DQ: (Ivan Losev - UKR and Pavel Schrom CZE).
