Vera Sokolova had been found positive in a doping test last July, but as Stanislav Emelyanov had requested to carry out the analysis on the B sample of urine.
Comes now the news that these analyzes conducted on Sept. 28, 2015 in the laboratory of Cologne, as opposed to those made on the sample B of Emelyanov for which WADA has now issued the official report, they were positive.
Vera Sokolova said through the Russian newspaper "Chempionata" that she raises many doubts about this second result and that she decided to appeal to CAS in Lausanne, where she believe to prove innocence.
