The second section of the National Anti-Doping Tribunal, chaired by Luigi Fumagalli, rejected the request made by Alex Schwarzer - aimed at the suspension of the ban imposed on April 23, 2013 - Whereas the sports anti-doping rules state that this can be granted only with the consent of WADA and the International Federation's jurisdiction; in this case, the IAAF had a negative opinion. At the same time, the Second Section of the NADT left without questioning the substance of the existence of an effective collaboration.
