For some time by many it was required to publish a training process addressed to the athletes of the junior categories.
Someone complained about this website contains too much information on the technical situations of judgment and the few on training methodology.
The reason was quite simple: Marcia dal Mondo had found no particular cooperation in Italy in this area !
The only information about the Italian training programs of athletes remained those related to conferences of
Sandro Damilano in 2007 (Elisa Rigaudo Training 2007: click here and Alex Schwazer Training 2007: click here) and
along with that of Filippo Calore of 2013 ( clicca qui ).
All other news related to training programs, both under the guise of real program, either under the guise of conferences and or workshops, there were received (or retrieved on the Web) from foreign coaches and had been published in the Training and Interviews . The summarize:

On the occasion of the "Four days of Around Taihu" in China, we have been able to verify the need to expand individual knowledge, in particular those dedicated to young people, such that it is the common heritage, to enrich any person of any country is concerned.
This project was made available by the Australian coach Dave Smith, offering his publication of a Guideline for training junior athlete.
