The head of temporary OCR coordination committee Gennadiy Alyoshin announced that Saransk race walk center was transformed into usual sport school. 

Alyoshin also noted that kids and athletes, who weren’t caught as doping’s cheats, are continuing their training and preparation. 

“One of the IAAF’s conditions was to discharge Victor Chegin from his coaching work. That is why we made decision to transform his center into the sports school. We made all decisions according to the IAAF’s criterias. These steps are aimed at growing of new and healthy generation of Russian race walkers. From now control of the center  will be under federal institutions” Alyoshin said. 

In the same time acting director of Saransk center Vera Nacharkina informed that all athletes from this center are suspended from all competitions conducted by ARAF.  

But she noted that annual Mordvinian indoor championships will be carried out in closed regime and only for Saransk athletes. “Representatives from other Russian regions cannot compete at our champs” said Nacharkina to All-Sports news agency.
