Double Andalusian victory in the Internacional Race Walk Grand Prix "Ciudad de Murcia" thanks to the victories of Luis Alberto Amezcua and Maria Perez. 

The pupil of Daniel Jacinto Garzon has been the fastest in the final meters of the men's race held over a distance of 10km with a time of 40:32, beating for eleven seconds the world champion and local star Miguel Angel Lopez (40:43) who was surprised in the final meters by the athlete of Granada; third was the Irish Robert Heffernan (40:44) in front of Portugal's Joao Vieira and the other athlete of Murcia Benjamin Sanchez (40:55). 

The women's race on 5 km was won by U23 athlete Maria Perez with a time of 22:33 in front of Maria Larios (22:44) and Amanda Cano (22:54).
