Last night Yohann Diniz (FRA) won the Meeting Stanislas de Nancy.
Diniz won with the best time of 18:42.96 representing at the moment in this not usual distance the second world performance behind that obtained in Melbourne on March 5, 2016 by Dane Bird-Smith (AUS - 18:36.97) and in front of that obtained by Eiki Takahashi (JPN - 19:02.91) in Kumayaga (JPN) on May 21, 2016.
Diniz had previously obtained in Reims on May 22, 2016 on th same distance the performance of 19:12.12.
The second place went to Kevin Campion (FRA) who clocked 19:13:40 placing him in 5th place the world rank of 2016 behind Takayuki Tanii (JPN - 19: 07:58).
Third place to Jean Blancheteau (FRA) in 19:40.11 new personal best (previous of 20:05.19 obtained in Tombaine - FRA - on June 13, 2015).
Nine athletes at the start, including eight arrived and one DQ.
