But it is a sacrificial victim or just a doped relapsed?

Here is part of an editorial that appeared in the press Avvenire signed by Massimiliano Castellani, today on June 23 (the day after "the strangest day dell'antidoping in Italy").

The analysis of the B sample have been set for Tuesday, July 5, 2016 in the laboratory of Cologne (where among other things were made to re-analysis of May 13, 2016).
