07/10/2016   Saran (FRA): French national records U20 e U16 obtained by Gabriel Bordier and David Kuster






The National Challenge of the "Ligue de Marche" was the key event of the week for the young marchers France.

 
Male events
 
This weekend is Gabriel Bordier to shine on the track of Saran, setting a new France Juniors (U20) record on 10.000m track walk.
 
The flamboyant athlete Saint-Berthevin the US crossed the line of the 10,000m in 40:52.7 before continuing to walk until the end of one hour in which he covered the 14,167m distance with his victorious walk against time.
Shattered the old record of John Blancheateau, who had made his 41:14.75 during the European Junior Championships in Eskilstuna in July 2015, where he took the fourth place.
 
Blancheateau lost another national record this weekend, as the young David Kuster (Pays de Colmar Athlé), improved the best French time in the U16 category in the race of 45' finishing it with 10.654m against the previous 10.057m.
 
Female events
 
In women, Clémence Beretta (Athlé Vosges EC) has made a good impression in one hour walk U20 covering the distance of 11.790m. in front of Marie Saville (EFCVO) with 11.953m, and Eloise Terrec (AC La Roche-sur-Yon) with 11.790m.
