The day of race walking in Cles had its protagonist.
There was to expect, as Davide Finocchietti, Athletics Libertas Livorno was the number one favorite of the event, but seeing him walking were twenty-two minutes of show.
The photo of the cover of Montesano, for the FIDAL, can only give some sense of what on the stands of Cles have been possible to see.
Let's face it now: he won the best. And it was an excellent and great view!
Sufficiently fluid, very grazing on the ground, large steps: an expression of a walk that today is not so easily seen at higher speeds, Davide Finocchietti is coached by Massimo Passoni (former athlete) which is also the coach of another promise of Italy Gianluca Picchiottino .
If good day starts in the morning, the afternoon of Cles, it was just "one fine morning".
It may be objected that walking around 4:25/km is not the same as doing it at around 3:50, but Davide Finocchietti has not yet 16 years and the time to grow certainly does not lack. With this basic technical gesture the growth job he will be proposed by his coach, it should be similar to a spring walk in a Finnish forest scattered with rose petals. Greetings Davide, greetings Massimo.
