On January 15 took place at the Olympic rowing center in Schinias near the town of Marathon the Greeks race walk Championships in 50km  with some other races.

The day was very nice, with some haze of clouds but with an ideal temperature around 13° Celsius.

Here are the results of the most important events

50 km men

Only four athletes at the start, three of which have completed the race.

He won the title Ioannis Vaitsis with 4:30:38 time, coached by old friend of Italy Napoleon Kefalopoulos

Second place to Dimitrios Tsordias in 4:34:34

Bronze to Konstantinos Stamatelos in 4:37:21

20 km men

He won the race Zacharias Tsamoudakis in 1:29:37 

Second place to Sabbas Krabariotis in 1:32:24

Third place to Antonios Charalambopoylos in 1:43:13

20 km U20 Women

Victory of  Dimitra Mpochori who clocked 1:44:00 

Second place to Efstathia Kourkoutsaki in 1:53:36
