3.000m indoor men

Riccardo Orsoni (yeara of birth 2000) in the category U18 set a new Italian record for the category in 3000m indoor walk with the time of 12:34.79.

The previous U18 record that has stood since Feb. 23, 1980 belonged to Michele Marinaro (Scotellaro Matera) who had settled in Milan with the time of 12:44.1.

Usually also in the category U18 in Italy the indoor walk races take place on the distance of 5.000m, but abroad 3.000m indoor walk are, especially in Anglo-Saxon Countries, a quite usual distance.

Second place to Alessandro Contini with the time of 15: 9.26, while third place went to Federico Colonello (17:09.03).

3000m indoor women

Victory to Francesca Azzurra Pini in 14:50.60.

Second place to Valeria Disabato in 14:50.99 and third place to Allegra Curcio in 17:24.08
