02/02/2017   Lyudmyla Olyanovska (UKR): banned until 29.11.2019

What is rumored now it's official. On Jan. 31, 2017 the Federation of Ukraine decided to disqualify Lyudmyla Olyanovska for four years from November 30, 2015 until November 29, 2019.

The athlete of Ukraine claims to be the victim of a rather absurd situation because the anabolic steroid found in her urine that had been tested during training sessions in november 2015 would not leave no sign of muscle gain.

She added that the two doping tests in August, when she won the bronze medal at the World Championships in Beijing 2015, and in September were negative, and then during training camp appeared sporadically this anabolic steroid.

"I understand that according to the rules, each athlete is responsible for what has been found in his body. So I can not completely withdraw from my responsibility. On the other hand, going into the dining room to eat a salad, I can not know if the sauce with which I “seasoned” it contained something illegal. Unfortunately, there are cases in which it is very difficult and almost impossible to control what you gets to you in the body" said Olyanovska.

However Lyudmyla Olyanovska declares that she plans to return to racing, although she doesn’t know how will his life in three years.

"I do not want to prove anything to anybody. I just want to give some advice to all athletes to be very careful that, God forbid, do not get into a situation where I was".
