High level performances in three races.
However performances obtained without the presence of international judges and that therefore in any case can not be considered valid for a possible entry standar for World Championships in London.
20km men
Victory on 20 km of 18-year-old Sergey Shirobokov faster in U23 category (1:18:26) in front of Sergey Bakulin (1:18:51) and Stanislav Emelyanov (1:19:48) who respectively won the silver and bronze medals.
In U23 after Sergey Shirobokov are classified Aleksey Shevchuk (1:20:57) and Timoty Parkan (1:21:32).
20km women
In women, the fight was very close with the victory of Yelena Lashmanova (1:25:18) and silver medalist Yekaterina Medvedeva just four seconds (1:25:22). The third step of the podium went Sophia Brodatskaya (1:26:27) and fourth Tatyana Mineyeva (1:28.32).
In U23 women Klavdiya Afanasyeva clocked 1:29.29 over Olga Shargina 1:29.56 and Yuliya Turova 1:32.21.
35km men
In the race of 35 km victory to Sergei Sharipov (2:27:07), second place to Dementy Cheparev (2:28:00) and third place went to Denis Nizhegorodov (2:29:19).
