The Ecuadorian athlete Glenda Morejon (along with Frixon Chila also a medal in Nairobi 2017) was included by the Executive Committee of High Performance in the Ecuador High Performance Plan.

Inclusion starts on Thursday July 20 in D1 categories for Glenda Morejon and D2 for Frixon Chila.

According to the technical committee's parameters, Glenda Morejón and Frixon Chila will receive a monthly salary of $ 300 and $ 240, respectively.

Sub-Ssecretary of Sport and Physical Activity on this issue also added that Glenda Morejón through the Imbabura Sports Federation and the Ecuadoran Athletic Federation already receives assignments from the Ministry of Sport through the Annual Operational Plan.
