Historical days for the Spanish race walk: judges and coaches together to unify and share the knowledge and experience with the goal of a better judgment in race walk.
Some of the most important coaches, a lot of juges of panel A and two of Spain's three internationals RWJ attended last week's seminar, which was held at Colegio Mayor Argentino de Madrid.
Very interesting was Antonio Amigo's presentation (Power Point and Video) about "bent knee" of which we have taken the video of Asociacion Espanola de Marcha Atletica.
The artisan video, however, has some interesting moments:
- from minute 25:11 to minute 36:50
- from minute 58:14 to minute 1:00:32
during which the judges and coaches see technical situations of racing, first at normal speed and then in slow motion.
These situations have to reflect on the effectiveness of the "bent knee", which we had already argued with Antonio Amigo's news.

Jornadas históricas para la marcha española, jueces y entrenadores juntos para unificar criterios y compartir conocimientos y experiencias con el objetivo de un mejor juzgamiento de la marcha.
Parte de los más destacados entrenadores y la mayoría de los jueces del Panel A y dos internacionales participaron el pasado fin de semana en este Seminario, que tuvo lugar en el Colegio Mayor Argentino de Madrid.
Muy interesante la presentación de Antonio Amigo (Power Point y Video) sobre la "flexion" del cual hemos tomado el video de la Asociación Española de Marcha Atlética.
El video artesanal, sin embargo, tiene algunas partes muy interesantes:

- desde minuto 58:14 a hora 1:00:32
durante el cual ven situaciones técnicas de marcha, primero a velocidad normal y luego desaceleradas.
Estas situaciones deben reflejar la efectividad de la flexion, que ya habíamos discutido con las noticias de Antonio Amigo (14.7.2017).
