Begins in the morning of Japan, in Nomi, the day of the three Championships of the 20km road race walk: those of Asia, Spain and France.

Asian 20km Championships men
The eve favorite was Fumitaka Oikawa (JPN) and the young Japanese was not allowed to miss the victory.
At 5km, they pass in three (20:14-20:15): Fumitaka Oikawa (JPN), Hyunsub Kim (KOR) and Georgy Sheiko (KAZ), followed by Neeraj (IND) in 20:40 and Yuan Zhisheng (CHN) in 21:37 pm.
The pace falls a few seconds in the next 5km (20:23) for the first three that pass to 10km in 40:37-40:38 with Hyunsub Kim (KOR) in front of the race.
The two pursuers: Neerai (IND) also has a slight decline (21:00) and goes to 10km in 41:40, while Yuan Zhisheng (CHN) with a partial of 22:14 (10km in 43: 07) is definitely out of the game.
Still together the first three to 15km, with a split time for the third fraction of the race between 20:39-20:40. The trio is led by Fumitaka Oikawa (JPN) in 1:01:17
In the last 5km Fumitaka Oikawa (JPN), which boasts the best personal best (1:19:17 recently established in Kobe, JPN), forces the pace and goes to win in 1:21:32 with a split time, in the last quarter of race of 20:15)
Second place for Hyunsub Kim (KOR) in 1:21:52 (last quarter of race in 20:35)
Third place for Georgy Sheiko (KAZ) in 1:21:57 (last quarter of race in 20:39)

They competed together.
Also in this event there was no doubt before starting on who would have been the natural favorite of the race: Daisuke Matsunaga (JPN).
The young star of Japan has walked the first 10km in 40:38, along with the first three of the Asian Championships, Isamu Fujisawa (JPN) and Takumi Saito (JPN).
In the third fraction of the race has forced the pace (20:07 between 10km and 15km) to then go to win in 1:20:55 (last 5km in 20:10).
Second place (5th overall) to Isamu Fujisawa (JPN) in 1:22:06 (20:14 - 20:24 - 20:39 and 20:49)
Third place (6th overall) to Takumi Saito (JPN) in 1:22:23 (20:15 - 20:23 - 20:40 and 21:05)
Asian Championships women 20km and 20km women of Japan
The superiority of Duan Dandan (CHN) can be seen from the first km.
At the 5km lap the Chinese competing for the Asian Championships already has 15 seconds ahead of the immediate chases that among others include Yuki Yoshizumi (JPN) and Asada Chiaki (JPN), who instead compete only for the 20km of Japan.
At 10km the advantage of Duan Dandan (CHN) is unchallengable 46:57 (23.15 - 23.42).
The others pass in 47:33 and are led by Yuki Yoshizumi (JPN).
More behind in 48:05 passes in 10th position Ravina (IND) that competes in the open race of the Asian Championships.
At 15km Duan Dandan (CHN) passes in 1:11:07 (with a split time slower than the first two: 24.10).
Incredibly, the Indian athlete Ravina with a split time of 23:33 in last 5km catches Yuki Yoshizumi (JPN) and passes with her in 1:11:38.
In the last 5km, the Chinese controls the race and goes on to win in 1:35:12 (last 5km in 24:05)
Second place in the Open Asian Championships to Ravina (IND) in 1:35:35 (last 5km in 23:57)
Third place in the Open Asian Championships to Yeongeun Jeon (KOR) in 1:36:33 (last 5km in 24:37) which comes fourth overall.
Third overall is Yuki Yoshizumi (JPN) who wins the 20km of Japan in 1:35:52 (last 5km in 24:14), followed by Asada Chiaki (JPN) in 1:36:40 (last 5km in 24:44).
