The third leg of the Clubs race walk Championship was held in three locations: Mariano Comense hosted athletes from Northern Italy, Livorno from Central Italy, and finally Acquaviva delle Fonti those of Southern Italy.
The races were entirely dedicated to track walk and took place on 10,000m for seniors, U23 and U20 both men and women, while the U18 both men and women were challenged at 5,000m.
At the male level, the most important concentration was that of Livorno in which Michele Antonelli, Federico Tontodonati, Gianluca Picchiottino, Giacomo Brandi, Riccardo Orsoni (U20) and Davide Finocchietti (U18) took part.
Other good athletes competed in Mariano Comense (Leonardo dei Tos) and in Acquaviva delle Fonti (Gregorio Angelini).
On the other hand, at a female level the concentration with the most important athletes was that of Mariano Comense with Nicole Colombi, Lidia Barcella and Martina Ansaldi, and with the U20 Andrada Lavinia Lacatus that once she has resolved definitively, and not extemporaneously, the technical problems that occasionally impose stops on her walk, she will certainly be an athlete of great interest.
Livorno instead saw the presence of Sara Vitiello, U20 Valeria Disabato and U18 Simona Bertini, while in Acquaviva delle Fonti competed Annalisa Russo in the U23 and Ida Mastrangelo in the U18.
