The return to the races of Yohann Diniz which took place on Saturday Apr. 29, 2018 at the Challenge Cora Ville de Reims has immediately left the mark of how much in the forties Frenchman intends to show the next European Championships in Berlin 2018 where he will compete to get his fourth crown after those obtained in 2006, 2010 and 2014.
Yohann Diniz has just returned to France from a stage in Mira in Portugal where he had been with the French walking team and will not participate in the Taicang World Team Championships this weekend.
The decision had long been made due to a delay in preparation as a result of a micro fatigue fracture at the pubic symphysis recorded last December.
The competitions were held on the distance of:
5.000m men's track walk
Despite a rather prudent start Yohann Diniz (FRA) has no difficulty to win in 19:05:32 which currently represents the best world 2018 performance on the distance.
