On Sunday, August 26, Australian Road Walk (winter) Championships took place at Lake Kawana in Queensland on the Sunshine Coast.
Time has certainly not helped the athletes who have had to race under a constant rain and with very difficult weather conditions.

Surprisingly we saw the start of the bronze medal in Rio de Janeiro 2016, which is returning to the races after an injury that has been persuaded by the father-trainer, Dave Smith, to participate in the invitation to tender on the distance of 5km reach deadline in 19:23

Ten athletes at the start and nine completed the race, while one DNF
20km road walk women
Only three athletes at the start in this trial.
Victory to Rachel Tallent (AUS) in 1:36:27. The athlete who has been busy recently with her completing her thesis for her Honours in Psychology: congratulations !
