The second edition of the Coatza Race Walk Circuit, which took place on Saturday 25th August in the city of Coatzacoalcos in the state of Vera Cruz on the Gulf of Mexico, has not gone unnoticed.
This is the second edition that wants to honor Carlos Mercenario the great Mexican walker who won the silver medal at the Barcelona Olympic Games.
The two main events in the program were held on the distance of 10km on a 2km circuit.
10km men
Twenty athletes at the start.
Victory to Isaac Palma (MEX) with the time of 39:51 time of absolute seasonal world-level that puts him at the top of the 2018 world list on the distance and is the personal best of the athlete.
