The race was resolved in a battle between two Stefano Chiesa, a local idol, and the younger Riccardo Orsoni, from Parma.

Lidia Barcella does not appear at the start and therefore there is no longer any doubt about who will be the winner since the start: Martina Ansaldi.
The young coached by Pietro Pastorini wins the race in a quiet 25:37.87
Second place for Maria Teresa Cortese in 27:49.29
Third place for Diletta Cascitti in 28:12.80
