It seems that the week before Christmas, for David Kuster (FRA) is a week always to be framed.

Already last year in Nogent-sur-Oise (FRA) on December 17 the not yet twenty year old French (born on 25.3.1999) had set the new record U20 of France in 19:48.60.
He then managed to do better at the end of the 2017-2018 indoor season in Nantes on March 3, 2018 when he obtained the new personal best of 19:41.46.
