On Sunday 2 November the 2012 edition of the Carpathian Cup was held.
It is a race walk competition that takes place almost always at the end of the season, and that does not often involve top athletes, but it is a competition of the Ukrainian road walk panorama, which is now over 20 years old.
It is in fact since 1995, in which on the track today quite poor in the city of Mukachevo, this event is held mostly dedicated to the young people of the various regions of Ukraine but also with the participation of athletes from the neighboring Republic of Moldova.
In short, 24 continuous years are not few and in 2020 the marriage between the Carpathian Cup and Mukachevo will touch 25 years of common life. A nice goal.
