Next Saturday the Palazzetto dello Spot in Ancona will host the second round of the important indoor triptych: the Italian U18 Championships.

 
The two walking races are scheduled at:
- 15:30 - 3.000m indoor U18 girls
- 17:05 - 5.000m indoor U18 boys
that in case of high participation they will give divided into timed sessions.
 
 
5.000m indoor walk U18 boys
 
The usual large parterre of young athletes among which the names of the "four musketeers" stand out, who should dictate the rules of the game given their times of accreditation.
Their names are known as they also fought in Grosseto on 26.1.2020 on the double distance and on the road.
 
Pietro Pio Notaristefano (10.3.2003) with the following personal bests:
- 5.000m outdoor: 21:09.9 obtained in Acquaviva delle Fonti on 18.1.2020
- 10.000m outdoor: 45:41.25 obtained in Agropoli on 22.6.2019
- 5.000m indoor: 22:19.52 obtained in Ancona on 9.2.2019
 
Emiliano Brigante (27.5.2003) with the following personal bests:

- 5.000m indoor: 21:44.17 obtained in Ancona on 15.1.2020
 
The outgoing champion of the 2019 indoor season is Emiliano Brigante who stopped the clock on 22:09.63
 
 
 
3.000m indoor walk U18 girls
 
31 athletes are entered and the race will probably be played in two series.
Again there should be four of them playing medals.
