10km U18: In the Italian Championships, boys  of the 10km race victory by Diego Giampaolo (Fiamme Gialle Simoni) and Vittoria Di Dato (N. Atl. Varese). For the Roman from Ostia, in the first year of the U18 category, it is the second tricolor of his career after the one he won last season as U16. The 16-year-old who grew up under the guidance of Orazio Romanzi and his father Luca forces the pace at the sixth kilometer and with a time of 45:27 once again precedes Pietro Pio Notaristefano (Atl. 20 KM - On the 20 km, in the third round of the Italian Club Championship valid for the 49th Serafino Orlini Trophy, Andrea Agrusti prevails in 1:24:24 just over a minute from the personal best, in a challenge between fifty riders. The Sardinian of the Fiamme Gialle is confirmed in a good moment of form, who seven days ago managed to seize the second tricolor place on the 10km signing his record in 40:26 in Modena. Behind him is Michele Antonelli from the Marche, blue in the 50 km race at the Doha World Championships: the Italian Air Force athlete from Macerata is second with 1:24:49 in a test at the end of two weeks of load in the rally in Syracuse, after having joined the leader in central of the race. Marco De Luca (Fiamme Gialle) finishes third in 1:25:56 in front of 22 year old Juriy Micheletti (Atl. Bergamo 1959 Oriocenter) who improves by almost a minute with 1:29:48.
 
 
 

 

 

 
Among the women Federica Curiazzi (Atl. Bergamo 1959 Oriocenter) wins in 1:38:11 essentially replicating the time trial of 1:38:10 obtained two weeks ago in the Podebrady match in the blue jersey.
After half the race she manages to break away from Sara Vitiello (Gs Self Montanari & Gruzza Reggio Emilia, 1:41:18), then Beatrice Foresti (Atl. Bergamo 1959 Oriocenter) crosses the finish line who in 1:42:40 lowers the staff by about three minutes, just a few days from the 22nd birthday. Nicole Colombi (Carabinieri), Italian vice-champion of 10 kilometers, gave up on the eve.
 
 
U20 - In the 20 km junior race, Gabriele Gamba (Atl. Riccardi Milano 1946) stands out: an abundant two and a half minutes progress in 1:29:07 for the Bergamo player, gold medal in 2019 at the European Youth Olympic Festival. Further behind, Daniele Breda (Atl. Bergamo 1959 Oriocenter), 1:31:38 weighed down by a two-minute stop in the "penalty zone" in the final part of the race, and Giulio Scoli (Atl. Livorno, 1:34:59), however, does not complete the test Davide Finocchietti (Atl. Libertas Runners Livorno), fresh winner of the 10km at the Italian flag.
 
In women, with the U20 on the unusual distance of 15 kilometers, another convincing performance by Simona Bertini (Francesco Francia Bologna) in 1:14:02 after the title won in the 10 km in Modena, to get the better of Martina Casiraghi (Atl. Bergamo 1959 Oriocenter, 1:17:23 after a stop in the pit lane of 120 seconds) and Alessia Titone (Safatletica Piemonte, 1:19:40).
