The NAIA Indoor Championships 2021 took place on Friday 5 March and Saturday 6 March 2021 at the Mount Marty facility in Yankton, South Dakota, USA. NAIA is the acronym of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics.
The scheduled walking races took place as follows:
- 3.000m women's indoor walk on Friday 5th March
- 3.000m indoor walk men on Saturday 6th March

Eleven athletes completed the race, 1 DNF and 4 DQ.
