The National Indoor Championships of Portugal took place yesterday at the Expocentro in Pombal (POR).

Eleven athletes showed up at the start.
 
It never ceases to amaze Ana Cabecinha (POR) who will turn 38 on 29 April. For her one more victory in the National Indoor Championships in 12:35.92

Undisputed victory of Rui Coelho (POR) in 20:28.90 also for him a new personal best (previous of 20:38.81 obtained here at the Eexpocentro in Pombal on 13.3.2021)
Second place to Heider Santos (POR) in 21:11.37 despite the 30” penalty for 3 red cards
Third place to Manuel Marques (POR) in 21:16.46
