10km U18 boys
The forecast was for the athlete of the Marche, Giacomo Brandi, but he abandons the race.
The fight for victory should then shrink between Mattia Iorillo and Nicolas Fanelli, second and third respectively in the Italian Championships U18 in Milan on 1June 19, 2015.
But in the game is also Davide Marchesi who in Milan had not finished the race.
Is in fact, precisely the latter to contend victory to Mattia Iorillo ending the race over 10 km in 45:21.
Davide Marchesi is second in 45:50, while in third place, confirming the bronze of Milan, arrives Nicolas Fanelli in 46:46.

10km U18 girls
Even in this race the forecast of the eve that saw one of the twins Mirabello as possible winner is not respected.
Anthea Mirabello, the stronger of the two, is stopped by the jury, while she is in the first position, after 37 minutes of race; against him three red cards for bent knee.
Remain to fight for victory, Angelica Mirabello (3rd in Milan) and Annalisa Russo (6th in Milan), both penalized in the Pit Lane during the Italian Championships U18.
This time their technical situation for the jury is better; victory to Annalisa Russo in 52:49 in front of Angelica Mirabello in 53:08.
We have to wait more than 30" forthe arrival of the third: Linda Terzi (7th in Milan) in 53:47.

20km senior men
Absent all the big names of Italian racewalking the race becomes a village festival for the others.
The timing obviously have no relief for the athletes, that at this point of the season, have only one goal: to end it and have a rest in the view of the next.
And so that you can define the walk in the men's race which sees the final victory of Francesco Fortunato, always nice to see in 1:28:04 (he who has a personal best of 1:24:44 obtained in Cassino on March 29, .2015) in front of Andrea Agrusti in 1:28:14, but obatining the personal best (1:31:52 the previous on Feb. 26, 2014 obtained in Latina).
In third place Lorenzo Dessi in 1:29.03.
Twenty-two athletes at the start, of which sixteen have completed the race, 4 and 2 DNF DQ.
Ediror note: among the sixteen athletes who completed the race we like to point th 10th place of Antonio (Tonino) Lopetuso, former athlete of Italian national team, born in 1958, who, 57 years old, he completed a 20 km finishing in 1:44:27.
20 km junior men
Something better is seen in the junior race, thanks to Gianluca Picchiottino.
The Tuscan athlete coached by Massimo Passoni, won the race in front of the favorite of the eve and Italian Champion on track, Gregorio Angelini, and also obtains the personal best in 1:30:27 (improving the previous of 1:30:48 obtained in Cassino on March 29, 2015).
At the end of the season Gianluca Picchiottino was one of the few athletes who have improved the time obtained in the race of the beginning of the year, to which we had also dedicated in particular to our Italia readers a special news (click here). Gregorio Angelini finished in 1:33:42, far away from tpersonal best of Cassino (1:29:16).
In third place Ettore Grillo ending the race in 1:41:04.
Congratulations to Gianluca Picchiottino, but we wish to point out that the results of the world leaders on the junior dustance are of very different thickness:
1.- Toshikazu Yamanishi (JPN): 1:21:20 obtained in Nomi (JPN) on March 15, 2015
2.- Diego Garcia (ESP): 1:21:45 obtained in Renteria (ESP) on March 22, 2015
