The open national championships of the local Athletics Federation took place on Sunday 15 December in Hong Kong.
The races on the distance of 20km for seniors men and women and on the distance of 5km for the U20 were held on the usual circuit of Sunnny Bay, where the fifth edition of the classic "The 1st walk" will also take place on January 1, 2020.
20km men
Only two athletes at the start.
Victory at Chin Man Kit (HKG) in 1:37:49, quite far from his personal best (1:29:41) obtained in Takahata (JPN) on 22.10.2017

Victory to Ching Siu Nga (HKG) in 1:35:40 (the athlete boasts a personal best of 1:32:30 established in Kobe, JPN on 17.2.2019 which also represents Hong Kong's national record.
