31/01/2017   Camberra (AUS): Victories of Isamu Fujisawa (JPN) and Viktoria Madarasz (HUN)






As part of the study program (feeding in sport) Supernova 2 of AIS, Canberra (AUS) took place Sunday, Jan. 29, 2017 the second of the races on the distance of 10.000m track walk.

This stage involves over twenty international interest athletes and nations of all continents.

 

The first race was held on Jan. 5, 2017 and we gave you the news (click on this link)

 

Sunday's race was held with a hot temperature (always around 30° C)

 

 

10,000m track walk men

 

Victory to Isamu Fujisawa (JPN) in 40:48.81 (on Jan. 5, 2017 had stopped the clock in 43:32.69)

Second place to Lebogang Shange (RSA) in 41:16:23 (on Jan. 5, 2017 had stopped the clock in 41:56.81)

Third place to Dawid Tomala (POL) in 41:16:38 (on Jan. 5, 2017 had stopped the clock in 45:37.56).

 

 

10,000m track walk women

 

She won the test Viktoria Madarasz (HUN) in 45:26.55 (on Jan. 5, 2017 had stopped the clock in 47:28.38)

Second place to Regan Lamble (AUS) in 45:29.06 (on Jan. 5, 2017 had stopped the clock in 46:33.47) and also represents her new personal best

Third place to Brigita Virbalyte-Dimsiene (LTU) in 45:52.62 (on Jan. 5, 2017 had stopped the clock in 46:25.61) and also represents  her new personal best

 

Needless to point out that these three results represents the first three performances of 2017 on the distance
