We continue with the second part of the best athletes in the World in 2019 with the following table which summarizes the athletes of Europe:

Significant changes in 2019 compared to 2018.
 
 
Athletes involved in doping events (Elmira Alembekova, RUS and Lyudmila Olyanovska, UKR) have been deleted from their lists, will be reinstated if they return to compete after the disqualification period.
 
It has been moved to the Hall of Fame: Anisya Korkokova-Kirdyaspkina (RUS) although at the time disqualified for doping for the results obtained previously.
 
Added: Raquel Gonzalez (ESP), Julia Takacs (ESP), Inna Kashina UKR), Olena Sobchuck (UKR).
